Founder & Director
Our founder David is the driving force behind Sporting Republic’s culture. Before establishing Sporting Republic, he was already deeply involved in organising some of Asia’s leading endurance events.

Joey Chan
Event Director
Joey leads Sporting Republic’s Hong Kong and Mainland China operations. She loves the outdoors, and when she is not working you will most likely find her snowboarding down Asia’s steepest slopes.

Marcel Lennartz
Event Director
Marcel is the maestro behind our Vietnam events. With an incredible work rate and a sharp mind, he drives our new events and always pushes us to grow. His ability to run 100 km in one go is matched only by his ability to sleep an average of 4 hours a night!
